OUR POLICY
SALE ITEMS
• All sale items are final. No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted.
EXCHANGE
• We allow exchanges within 7 days of purchase.
• For in-store purchases, the 7-day period begins from the date on the official receipt.
• For online orders, exchange must be requested within 7 days of the dispatch date.
• To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition as when they were purchased.
The item must meet the following criteria:
• Unworn, unmarked, unwashed, unused, and in its original condition.
• In its original packaging with all original tags attached.
• Not a limited release or exclusive item (unless defective).
• Not purchased during a sale or at a discounted price (unless defective).
• Not purchased using a gift card.
• Does not fall under the category of underwear.
IN-STORE EXCHANGE
Items purchased in-store must be exchanged at the same store and cannot be returned through the online store.
ONLINE EXCHANGE
Online purchases may be exchanged either in-store or by mail, at the customer’s expense.

Once your exchange request is approved, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send the item. Items sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
