SALE ITEMS
• All sale items are final. No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted.
RETURNS
• We have a 7-day return policy.
• Returns must be requested within 7 days of purchasing your item.
• For online orders, returns must be requested within 7 days of the dispatch date.
• To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition as when they were purchased.
The item must meet the following criteria:
• Unworn, unmarked, unwashed, unused, and in its original condition.
• In its original packaging with all original tags attached.
• Not a limited release or exclusive item (unless defective).
• Not purchased during a sale or at a discounted price (unless defective).
• Not purchased using a gift card.
• Does not fall under the category of underwear.
IN-STORE RETURNS
For in-store purchases, the 7-day return policy begins from the date on the receipt, either for returns or exchanges.
In-store purchases cannot be returned to the online store.
ONLINE RETURNS
For online purchases, returns can be made either in-store or by mail, at the customer’s expense.

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted. Please note that returns from outside the Philippines may take longer than expected.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
